I wrote, recorded, arranged this song in bed navigating migraine. The song is loosely based on a dusty old memory from a special song I wrote for a special woman who was breaking up with a real piece of work. I can't even find the CD that contains this work and I don't have digital copies anymore (there's been many HD deaths and moving and well..) it's hardly recognisable I just used the essence and rewrote most of the lyrics, changes, melody.. So yeah. Loosely based nod and an update to my girl's old anthem. The Moog bass was done by downloading a nice sample (see credits), which transposed in Audacity & dragging each note around while cutting them down to fit the form. I sent the tracks off to Droo for final mix/mastering and said hey.. Go for your life. And he did. He made me sound much cooler than I am. Thanks Droo.
